Nexus Seller Platform

One place to run advertising, pricing and stock on Amazon.

Nexus Seller Platform is a web application for Amazon sellers and brands. It connects to the seller's Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts through Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, brings every marketplace into one dashboard and automates the daily work: bid changes, price steps, reorder dates and listing checks.

Who it is for

Brand owners

Private-label sellers on Amazon in Europe, the United States and Australia who want their advertising, pricing and stock managed with clear rules instead of spreadsheets.

Agency clients

Brands whose Amazon Ads we manage: they see in the platform exactly what is being changed in their account, why, and with what result.

Teams

Several people working on the same brand — owner, partner, PPC manager — each with their own login and a viewer or editor role decided by the account owner.

Access is by sign-up: the seller requests access, we create their workspace and send a secure connection link. Plans start at $149 per brand per month — see pricing.

What the platform does

Real screens from the platform running on our own brand, Lamina Care (interface in Spanish; product names, ASINs and monetary values anonymised).

Advertising performance and automated bid rules

  • Product → campaign → keyword → search term in one table, per marketplace.
  • Profitability target (TACoS) per product and country; the target ACoS is derived from it.
  • Rule modules that run every morning: cut spend without sales, slow down expensive keywords, raise bids on what converts, clean up search terms.
  • Each module can be switched on or off, run in automatic mode or only propose changes for approval, and be limited to chosen countries and products.
  • Full change history with before/after values and one-click revert, plus an emergency brake that stops all automatic changes if their volume looks abnormal.

Automation you control

Rule modules with on/off, mode and scope

The seller decides where the automation acts and whether it applies changes directly or leaves them as proposals. Nothing is changed outside the scope they choose.

Stock radar and reorder planning

  • FBA stock, inbound units, the seller's own warehouse and open purchase orders, projected day by day.
  • Sales velocity corrected for stock-outs and Amazon events; seasonality from the sales history.
  • The date each product has to be reordered, including factory lead times and holidays, and e-mail alerts.
  • Advertising warnings when a product is about to run out of stock.

Listing review against the market

  • CTR and conversion compared with the market average for the same searches (Brand Analytics).
  • Title, bullet points, images, video and A+ checked against Amazon's rules.
  • Review topics of the product and of its competitors.
  • Editing of titles, bullets and images, sent to Amazon only after the seller confirms.

Pricing

Price floor, ceiling and target per product and marketplace, step-by-step price increases that only continue while sales hold, competitor price and Buy Box monitoring, and margin with Amazon's real fees.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribers, subscription revenue and their evolution per product and country, with an alert when new subscriptions slow down.

Returns and profitability

Return rate and reasons per product and country, items eligible for reimbursement claims, and net margin per product after Amazon fees and advertising.

How a seller connects

The connection always goes through Amazon's own authorisation pages. The seller sees exactly which permissions are requested and can revoke them at any time.

Workspace and link

We create the seller's workspace and send them a private connection link, valid for 14 days. The page shows our privacy policy, which they must accept before connecting.

Authorise on Amazon

"Connect Seller Central" and "Connect advertising" take the seller to Amazon's sign-in and consent page (OAuth). We never see or store their Amazon password.

Data in the same day

The platform imports the sales history, stock, listings and advertising data, and from then on updates every morning. Team members sign in with their own Google account.

To disconnect, the seller can revoke the authorisation from Seller Central (Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps) or from Amazon Ads, or ask us. Access tokens are deleted immediately.

Amazon data we use, and why

Only the seller's own account data, only for the features above. We do not request restricted roles and we never access buyers' personal information.
